Returns and Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with a product, you have 30 calendar days from delivery to return it. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  • Email invigoraterecovery@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), and a brief note explaining why the product doesn’t meet your expectations.

  • We’ll review and reply with the next steps.

What happens after we receive your return

  • We’ll confirm receipt and inspect the items.

  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your card issuer.

Refund options

  • Original method: Refunds to the original payment method within the issuer’s processing window.

  • Exchange is avaliable upon request

Notes and exceptions

  • Digital products and services are not part of this policy.

  • Final sale, clearance, or promo items may be non-returnable unless stated otherwise.

  • Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • If you’ve received a damaged item, contact us to arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
